New Student Admissions

A new student is one who has graduated from high school, who has successfully completed the General Education Diploma test (GED) or successfully completed home schooling as approved by the Dean of Student Services and has never attended a college or university.

Requirements

• Complete an application for admission, return the application to the Director of Admissions Office.
• Placement test scores (ASSET, COMPASS, ACT or SAT) are required prior to registration.
• Students born on or after January 1, 1957, must submit proof of measles, mumps and rubella immunizations no later than 30 days after classes begin.
• An official eight-semester high school transcript or GED test scores are required at the time of registration.
