Media Clerk Specialist

The Media Clerk Specialist, acting under the direction of the Director of Development and Community Relations, is responsible for assisting and supporting development and community relations activities and functions that are carried out for the college's growth including day-to-day activities and general responsibilities. All duties are performed in cooperation with and under the direction of the Director of Development and Community Relations in concert with the College President.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Excellent word processing and computer skills.
  • Proficient organizational skills, and take initiative and have a proactive orientation toward
    maintaining data, developing, and promoting consistent policies and procedures.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, comprehensive record-keeping, and careful scrutiny of data.
  • Commitment and confidence to embrace challenges and problems, with eagerness and willingness to
    find and propose solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to the success of the Foundation and COllege's goals.

Financial Aid Officer

The Financial Aid Officer works under the supervision of the Director of Financial Aid to provide support for the RMCC financial aid office. Review of applications will begin July 8 and will continue until the position is filled. For a full job description please click here.

Minimum Qualifications

  • The formal education or equivalent of a bachelor's degree. Job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of this basic requirement. Associate or bachelor s degree desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand and interpret state and federal rules and regulations including income tax information.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting and business practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and take initiatives.

Part-time Housekeeping/Maintenance Assistant at Waldron site

The Maintenance/Housekeeping staff, acting under the direction of the Director of Physical Plant, is responsible for performing all functions related to the maintenance of cleanliness for the College's Waldron facilities. Each staff member has a specific area of assignment within the custodian responsibilities which are subject to change as college and custodial needs change. This is a part-time position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. Hours may change as needed during the school semesters. For a full job description please click here.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion of sufficient education to read and write.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and procedures.
  • Ability to use cleansers and other agents to clean floors and furniture.
  • Ability to perform routine building and grounds maintenance work.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to perform manual labor under varying work conditions.
  • Ability to work with others in a unified effort.
