The Business Affairs office has accounting oversight for the financial affairs of Rich Mountain Community College including general ledger, student and other accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement, and bookstore operations. The functions of the physical plant also fall under the administration of the VP of Administration which includes building and grounds maintenance and custodial services. Construction of new facilities and/or renovations of existing facilities, the motor vehicle fleet and mailroom services also fall under the VPA's responsibilities.

Budget Analysis and Human Resources
Amy Ludwig is responsible for the financial general ledger of Rich Mountain Community College and overseeing Human Resources and payroll. Areas that fall under Amy include reconciliation of all federal, state, and local grants which directly affect the RMCC general ledger, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, and reporting financial data as required for state entities.
