Upward Bound Classic is a pre-college program for high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors to prepare them for education beyond high school. UBCL seeks to assist students who demonstrate an academic potential for higher education and who meet federal income guidelines and students whose parents do not have a bachelor’s degree.
