Leadership Polk County (LPC) is a county-wide leadership program facilitated by Rich Mountain Community College. Two classes completed the program since its creation.
A “Second Year Experience†for alumni of Leadership Polk County (LPC) was conducted in Spring 2010. Participants for Class III have now been chosen and will meet one day a month September 2010 through June 2011. The 31 alumni of LPC formed an alumni association and serve as an advisory group in the planning and implementation of the program.
