Regional Cultural History is an in-depth study of the unique culture of a selected region experienced through a multi-day educational trip. Through study of a particular region, the students acquire an understanding and knowledge of the mini-culture unique to the area. Although it is open to all, it is designed specifically for the 60+ Program.
Ouachita Regional History involves a study of the cultural and natural history of the Ouachita Region. Short field trips, lectures, written evaluation of field trips, and the compilation of materials in an organized format are requirements of the course.

60+ Exercise is a physical fitness program specifically designed for active senior adults. This program is a combination workout. There are chair exercises and standing dances. Nutritional information and physical well-being are also taught.
PACE(Arthritis Exercise) is specifically designed for people with Arthritis. This program is approved and certified by the Arthritis Foundation. It is a gentle range of motion workout. There are chair exercises and standing exercises. Stress release, pain management, joint protection, and nutritional information are critical components of the class.
60+ Line Dancing uses line dance with exercise components for active senior adults. Physical well-being and nutritional information are also taught.
Tai Chi for Arthritis is a physical fitness program specifically designed to improve endurance and increase the circulation of blood, fluid, and oxygen, which helps keep knee joints flexible and muscles strong. Progressive muscle relaxation and pain management are also a part of this program.
