The 60+ Program will:
- provide an informal educational environment which supports the premise that learning is a lifelong experience.
- meet the interests and specific needs of the older non-traditional student by promoting physical, emotional, and social activities which lead to improving the quality of life.
- promote self-worth by sharing life experiences through activities that are integrated with the community as a whole.
- provide a basis of new "retirement" vocational and avocational activities.

The 60+ Program offers a variety of opportunities for people interested in learning with senior adult students.

Community Service Classes are non-credit classes offered to all who may benefit from them. Fees are charged for these classes regardless of age. Some examples of classes offered are:

- Armchair Travel
- ABC's of Investing
- Cake Decorating
- Lap Quilting
- Welding Techniques
- Beginning Bridge
- Photography
- Pencil Drawing
- Computer Technology
